Occupy Cleveland ruffians arrested in plot to blow up bridge. Authorities say at least three of the men are self-proclaimed anarchists who had considered “a series of evolving plots over several months.” Why does no one refer to these men as terrorists?  Can they not also be terrorists in addition to anarchists?
